Association of Democratic Prosperity – Zid preparing training for youth leaders from 17th until 24, September 2010. Training will be held in Budva, Montenegro. Main topics of the training are social exclusion, social responsibility, strategic planning, planning of social services and Youth policy on national and European level.

The objectives of the training are:Educated youth leaders for develop, implementation and monitoring processes of social services development as a part of strategic planning process in term of new possibilities creation and social inclusion of youth.

Improving knowledge quality for different stadium and models of social exclusion, which depend of the country and methods how to potential exclusion transform to inclusion of youth using strategic planning tools.

Qualifying young people to use knowledge, skills and contacts to make an effect in social inclusion of youth using experience from other areas and create direct influence to active citizenship of Youth through socially responsible programs.

Improve the personal quality of youth life creating new opportunities using acquirements and experience through social services development and implementation.

Make possibility for youth from all parts of Europe through dialogue and personal experiences in the spirit of Council of Europe to achieve cooperation and recognize mutual interests and potentials.

Aims of the training:Main aim of the meeting is to learn youth leaders how to use strategic planning for development and realization of social services in order to build cooperation with other sectors trough coo management to achieve sustainable development of social services which will contribute to increase social inclusion of youth and decrease isolation of disadvantages groups of young peoples. This project will give them opportunity to participate in the debate, build self-confidence and improve their communication skills.

Working methods:The training for Youth leaders will be based on non-formal education to improve knowledge of participants referring the main topic of the meeting. It will be based on the learning by participation methodology, taking into account the participants’ needs and interests. Main idea of the training is that youth leaders learn how to use strategic planning for sustainability development of social services trough cooperation with other sectors.

The methods used over the training will be:

• Good practice examples

Advantage during the selection would have participants who have work or voluntary engagement in organization where they can use and implement knowledge, experience and connections from this training.

Financial conditions: Cost: 250 EEK EstYES membership fee + participation fee 35,00ˆ + 30% of travel cost (70% of the travel cost is covered (up to a maximum of 300ˆ).Participants have to be ready to book their tickets first in 100%)!
